Customer may return any order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price. From 30 days to 90 days after purchase date, customer may return any order for full refund of purchase price minus a 30% restocking fee. After 90 days from date of order, no refunds will be given. However, customer may return any defective etherSPLIT™ unit for a free and prompt replacement for up to 2 years after original purchase.
